Hey I notice something, look the colored version of the page when is tony, thor, hawkeye venon, etc.
look up the Tony Stark head, is a robot blowin in piece, an there's another close the hawkeye leg...
Then look the penciled version THEY ARE NOT THERE is not part of joe draw
well I just think was extrange...

Good eye, Biroons. The pencil versions that Madman! got from Joe were I think a few months ago. By the time we finally saw them, the editor could've suggested a change or maybe Mad! himself didn't like the original or maybe he was supposed to add those things and forgot to. Hmmmm......

ANOTHER thing look in the page when Hawkeye stuck the arow in venon eye, in the last panel whe we see hawkeye shooting behind a car and veneon is stand showing all he's fury, (ONE OF THE BEST PANEL FOR MY OPINION) in one of the building says VIGIL like the game company look's like mad has he's onw publicity in he's own work, it's a cool detail, well at least for me

Like in a Deadpool issue he did back in 1993, the license plate of a car says "MAD93" or "MAD1993" or something like that. Also in Battle Chasers, when Garrison is at the graveyard there is a tomb that says "Loeb", maybe like Jeff Loeb the writer! |

That brings to mind that subway scene, from I forget which comic, possibly a Spiderman or Xmen, where a guy in the background is reading a paper, which reads "Cruz Swipes Again!" on the front page! We all know it's because of Roger Cruz's infamous copy of MAD's style. |

in the Unncany X-men comics when Cannonball get into a Toy store you can see some character and a big N64 (like nintendo 64 console). I think is 341 whe he figth gladiator.

-In the Unc. X-Men story arc where Wolverine and Angel go on a quest to save Psylocke...there is the mask of Sunfire from the Age of Apocalypse on a shelf.
-Batman can be seen in Battle Chasers in the background of a bar.
-Mad!'s old email address or Instant Messager SN was on the license plate of Sister Maria (or whatever)'s car in Unc. X-Men #345.
-Mad!'s wife (my guess, not sure) is the one working at the toy store where Cannonball meets Gladiator in #341. His wife's name is Margaret and so is the store clerk. Coincidence?
Anyway, those things came to mind when I saw that you guys were bringing up Mad!'s homages and such.

I believe its in issue one, where Monika is opening the door to the bar. You see onlookers gazing at her in fear (so it seems) and Batman is in the back left. Right before we meet Garrison for the first time.
