Hey I know We all are happy about the Ultimates but I dont hear of the Marvel Spotlight?
If some buy't please let me know what have inside (sketches, interviews etc...)
I remember will ship the same day of the Ultimates. if I wron sory by the post...

I thought it was supposed to come out the same time as Ultimates 3 #2. Don't know really.
I have seen something called Ultimate Marvel Sampler (Apparently NOT the Marvel Spotlight. could be the same thing though. Not sure.) on eBay with a David Finch cover. Apparently it was a free preview hence the word "sampler". Here's what the seller says:
"Up for auction I've got a NM/M copy of the much-talked-about Ultimate Marvel Sampler, entitled 'The Destruction of the Ultimate Universe'. It includes a fierce David Finch cover, a 9 page preview of Ultimates 3 featuring Joe Madureira art, a 5 page Ultimate Iron Man II preview with pencils by Pasqual Ferry, a 3 page Ultimate Human preview by Warren Ellis & Cary Nord, a 3 page Ultimate Spidey preview showcasing Stuart Immonen's B&W interiors, a 4 page Ultimate FF preview with 3 pages of B&W Mark Brooks artwork, a 4 page Ultimate X-Men preview including pencils by Salvador Larroca, a 1 page March on Ultimatum checklist, & a 2 page Ultimate Origins Sneak Peak with dandy Butch Guice art. 9 Pages of Joe Mad! but of what??? My curiosity is going nuts! I found this under "Madureira" in eBay. Oh, by the way....ORIGINAL Mad! art is up there too.

This sounds interesting. I would guess the Mad art in this preview would be pages from issue 1, perhaps there are sketches, pencils?
Anyone actually get their hands on this book?
I am looking forward to the Marvel Spotlight, hopefully it has something unique to offer.

I have the Ultimate Marvel Sampler, and here's quick rundown of what's in it:
The first page in an article about the creators of Ultimates 3, and what to expect from the series.
The next seven pages is preview art of Ultimates 3 #1. All of the art is straight from the comic, so their are no pencils or sketches.
And the ninth page shows the two gatefold covers for Ultimates 3 #1.
Also included in the sampler issue is previews of:
Ultimate Iron Man 2
Ultimate Human
Ultimate Spider-Man
Ultimate Fantastic Four
Ultimate X-Men
March on Ultimatum
Ultimate Origins

I picked up the Spotlight issue today. It's pretty cool. There are individual interviews with Jeph, Joe, and Christian plus a section on the best of Ultimates Vol. 1 and 2.
Joe's interview is kind of short but it does feature a new image, pencils from issue #3 featuring Wolvering fighting some dinosaurs, issue #3 looks like it will be a lot of fun! The book also has a nice printing of the pencils for the double page Valkrie vs. Venom spread. I would say it's worth buying for the interviews and the art that is reproduced.
