I agree with Astonishing X-Men #4, and the cover to X-Men Alpha is definitely one of his most memorable. Out of all the Battle Chasers covers, i am surprised the Calibretto or Knolan one wasn't picked instead.
When I look back the most memorable ones were X-Men #329, X-Men #330, and the SubZero cover he did for PSM, although its hard to pick a best Joe Mad cover when there are so many great ones.

It is really hard to pick the best of the best from Joe Mad's output but I think these guys did a good job with their picks. The BC cover they chose and the WildCATS are def. some of my all-time favorites. Joe's PSM covers really stick out as big time favorites but I guess this was a comic books only thing.

Err...they picked, hands down the BEST BC cover (to me anyway lol!) Its exactly the Issue I bought and it is such a powerful image as you learn bits of Garrison's story.

I cant even start to figure out where each Joe Mad cover falls in my opinion, it would take me until next Thrusday to pick my fave's.

I think they done well in choosing Xmen:Alpha. When I was first getting into comics, my friends took me to a comic book shop in the city. One of my friends got that Alpha and I really was impressed by the cover even though I didn't know much about comic book artists at the time (early dayz). Way to go!
The Garrison variant cover of Battlechasers was also a good choice because it shows intensity. Garrison appears to be thinking heavily of his life and his lost Vionna. Very well done.
The Astonishing Xmen cover speaks for itself (coz I just love the way Mad! draws Rogue LoL)
Wildcats cover is very dynamic and so is the standoff between Magneto and Thor, two powerhouses.
And you gotta love the family pic of the Xmen!
Woulda been good to see the pic of Juggernaut knocked out with the Xmen around him.
