Hi, I was thinking if all of us would commit to do a fan comic of Battle Chasers. It doesn't have to be in continuity of the series but a standalone story. We have to agree to a story and assign each other some pages to do. You guys and girls can do the action sequences pages, I'm okay with some pages that doesn't involve beating the crap out of someone or something. This is open to all, you don't have to draw that good to join this. As long as you are a fan.  I don't want to spearhead this thing since I'm not that good handling a group. Maybe Madman could do it. If all pans out well, I could combined all the pages and publish it as PDF and MadMan! could send it to Joe Mad himself! What do you think? ^_^ |

We see the snowy landscape with mountains and frozen ice all around. A harsh winter landscape. Shilic, walks through the snow that is knee deep. He struggles to make it through as the wind pierces his armor. We see him from a distance.

We see a medium size front view of Shilic. He is wrapped with torn pieces of cloth wrapped around his face and body. He holds his left hand to block out the wind and snow.

I have traveled this frozen prison for manyy years, too numerous to count. Searching...searching...

Yet i found nothing. The frozen plague has torn my body, decaying what was once a powerful and splendor temple.

Shilic climbs a cliff to reach the peak. We see a view from the distance.

I must flee. I must muster my strength and reclaim what is lost.

We see Shilic reach the top and he collapses on the ground out of exhaustion. the winter snow slams down over him.

unghhh!!!! The pain is worsening, my flesh is tearing itself apart...

We see a close up of Shilic face and hands. He holds up his right hand and looks at it, grimacing in pain. His hand is full of boils and holes that are ripping away form the bone.

O lords...the pain...is unbearable. mustn't lettt...
basically an ancinet warlord has been imprisoned and frees himself to attack the kingdom which banished him. from there take over the world. that kingdom happens to be the kingdom where our heroes are in. they have to stop a force and plague or else everyone will die.

alright guys since it seems like we four are the only ones daring enuff to do this, here is how it will go down. i will write the script. i need yall to tell me if it needs corrections. everyone will do 5 pages of art with volenteers to do the extras. BIRROons will start us off with page one. followed by ARTXTRA, then by keitaro021781 thne by me. rinse repeat. if others want to join we will reaarange things. the cover will be done when the comic is finished by all the artist, with a vote on who, s art fits the comic. if we can find someone to do the lettering or coloring that would be cool. if not then i have sonme xp on that too. ask if any questions, mealwhile i hope this works for us all and have fun! meanwhile back to my typing.....o another thing the main villian in this story will be posted tommorrow so u can have an idea...peace.

wer'e only 4. sorta like the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse. darksiders? i'm war! lols  before we start cranking out pages. i think it is best we wait for the final treatment [script that we all as a group agree on] and start working on the character designs including locations, villains etc. to avoid confusion/awkwardness in the comic when someone reads it. I was thinking doing at least 3-5 pages each in rotation unless other people start joining in. what do you think? @badboy - i think you should start an email thread with the 4 of us and discuss the script etc. pm me and the other guys for our email addresses. |

I think the idea of character design is the right way of work, let's put some pro spirit in this, lets finish the script and the character design and then we start whit the page... is the best way to honor our favorite comic, and our favorite comic artist..

ok guys all of you have a copy of the unfinished script...almost finished lol. Let me know what you all think. if you do not think you are able to handle a page let us know and we will cover for you. i should be posting concepts today. by the SHILIC IS A HUMAN WARRIOR TURNED UNDEAD BY THE FROZEN PLAGUE. HE HAS WINGS WHEN IN BATTLE FORM. FYI
