I'm guessing when the book comes out people who were complaining will shut they're mouths. Even if they still don't like him they'll buy the book just to make a killing on ebay cause the book will be hot no doubt...After seeing the interior pages I have no doubt it's the best art that has been in comics..ever.

But also people haven't received the emails like I have..there used to be a tab at the top with my email to write, but I had to take that down cause people were/are foaming at the mouth with such hate for a person..so I guess we'll have to wait and see. I wish I saved them all so you could read how far people go.

It's so sad that you have to deal with those kind of people. I'm just greatfull there's a site like this and that you take your time to make it happen. Joe is my fav artist and I look forward to anything he does in whatever medium.

I'm also hoping that Madureira is testing the waters in doing a few things here and there in comics. To whoever said "Get real" and "that's not going to happen" among other things, you probably would've said the same things a few years ago if someone mentioned that Mad! might be doing a Marvel Ultimates mini-series and some character work with Jeff Matsuda. But as we all know in comics, characters die and come back as well as creators and artists jump from company to company and keep working in comics. Who knows? If Madureira jumps to the top of the "hot artist" list and the demand is high enough, maybe Joe Q can persuade him for other things...Honestly, would it be that surprising to see him doing something else after Ultimates? The Iron and the Maiden video game idea sure makes sense too.
