There is a "Joe Madureira timeline" in the newest Wizard, showing all the major moments in Joe's life. Bad news, though for anyone hoping for more comic work by Joe after Ultimates. There's one entry for after U3 and he says that after Ultimates 3, that he won't do any more comic work for awhile, because it's too difficult to balance it with his video game work. Which, hearing that is a bit dissappointing, as a fan of his work.

Awww I wonder what he would define as a while. I hope a while doesn't meant like 7 years! Well I guess it's his decision... I wish I had his talent, I'd be drawing all the time!

Indeed, I mean I printed out about 100 of his drawings from this website and I bring them with me everywhere to look at. They never lose their appeal, but I'm always anticipating seeing new stuff.

If he dose get a game published you can count on having many new Mad! Work’s to look at. They always put game art on there sites and in the game package its self. I would like to see that happen soon.

This is really disappointing news, but not unexpected. I was hoping that he would take on another comic project, but that was really just wishful thinking on my behalf. And as much as I like his work on video games, it's just not the same. But I do hope we see more of it as time goes on.

Lame....I read comics, but I dont play video games. I will still love to see his art, but sequential art is so much cooler tan character designs.

Well lol, as much as i'd love for him to do more sequential work, i suppose its whatever he gets the most energy doing at the moment . I mean think about it, Nathen has been keeping us p osted for years now with Joe's gaming work, you guys know how it is lol.....you check on the site every now and then and BAM, a new Joe piece, it doesnt matter if its a juice box image, and that energy, that excitement just from seeing ANYTHING new from mad, keeps all of us Mad! crazies going until the next piece, whenever, however it will be lol. I am certain Nathen will keep us posted and heres to more and more of Joe in the coming days, weeks, months and years, whether sequentials or designs .
