first you need somewhere to put your images online. Somewhere like geocities.com or freeyellow.com , or topcities.com etc
having done that you then click on the image button in the 'add tags' section on top of the message board here, type in the full URL of where your art is and then 'hopefully' your picture will be visible
the only caveats to this are whether the place where you're hosting your art allows remote viewing or not. Most free sites don't. If this is the case (you'll know because all you see in your posts are little red x boxes) then you have to just post the URL without using the little image tag box as mentioned before.
