its maestro and his posse
maestro was tracking down where garrison is
they killed the wolves because if the wolves saw maestro and his posse the wolves would run in garrison's direction and alert garrison...

Hi all, I'm new here.
A few pages before, Vaneer asks Maestro if Garrison accepted to join forces. Maestro tells him that he declined. Vaneer then tells Maestro to assemble his best men, saying that Garrison will learn how dangerous it is for one 'lone wolf' to run outside of the 'pack'.
As we see Maestro's forces closing in on Garrison, we see a literal lone wolf become hunted and killed by his pack.
Symbolism boys and girls.
I love Battle Chasers.

You cant tell me that was not AMAZING symbolism. Garrison is the lone wolf, the marshal paladins are the wolf pack. The wolf has to defend himself against the pack for reason of abandonment and i tell you that will be a battle to remember!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. It sucks they whupped the living hell out of Akiman, liked the guy alot lol!!;D. I think he was already weakened though from messing with Lord August (fools lol, August rocks!)

I like bretto and gully best, they are the coolest looking in my opinion. i especialy like aramus' gloves! gully and bretto are two of the most perfect character designs ever in my opinion! not to knock the other characters though, they are killer too!
