Will BC ever be back ??!!??

TEXT. Man, I'm tired from reading all these explosive posts!! I have a content-and-opinion-neutral question. What is the current deal/expectation for BC? Is a #10 in the works for sure? Or are we all just crossing our fingers? I found BC by chance, because I recognized the name from X-men and gave it a shot. These books have excellent art, interesting stories (although they could be fleshed out, no pun there for Red Monika), and quality characters. I just hate hanging off this cliff after #9, and just hope more is on the way!!! Related and last question: what's the scuttlebutt on a supposed BC movie??? Thanks for your enlightenment!!!!

Not sure when you discovered Battle Chasers, but the comic stopped coming out like 3 years ago. He moved on to do Dragonkind and then Exarch which is now canceled. On my update he is doing another Street Fighter back up and is still working at NcSoft on other projects he said nothing about Battle Chasers coming back anytime soon, but you never know it's up to him if it's coming back. So when is it coming back nobody knows.

As far as the movie it's the same thing it's been picked up but nothing else has been said. So maybe it will happen maybe it won't nobody knows until some new info comes out.

The Movie will be much more likely to get serious consideration to being made if the comic ever starts coming out again imo...

I would also add that as far i can remember, Joe said BC will DEFINITELY come back, but not in the forseeable future. He also said he would get BC done as an anime if it kills him:D. This was said sometime ago on his original site but so far i have read every interview the madness! has been in and he has never said otherwise. I do remember him saying once that he wouldnt like to get a film done because of his high standards (i agree) but then maybe he will actually go for it:).
