Did they put all nine issues of Battle Chasers into a trade?

I know they had the Gathering of Heroes, but that one didn't go to issue nine.

Does anyone know if they have a trade that goes to issue 9?

Or do you have to get the remaining issues , Gathering of Heroes one by one?

As far as I know the Gathering of Heroes covered the first 5 issues. There is no graphic novel that I know of that covers all 9 issues.
