Michael Turner is suing Top cow. Top Cow is trying to rip Turner of his own creations. They knew if Turner left they'd be in deep guano.

While I want Turner to win. It seems that Top Cow also has a good case. I read all the articles on it and most of the Top Cow message boards people just seem to think he will win cause they want to see his art and that this shouldn't be happening to him. It really just depends on what happens in the end. Nobody from top cow or even Turners side can really say anything to make people believe one way or the other. It just depends on what happens in court.

Isn't the deal with Top Cow when you publisher there that you own 50% and they own 50% of your creation? Just what I heard.
