Has anyone out there seen Pathfinder if so is it any good? The concept is very appealing, but the 'Metro' newspaper which you get free on public transport in the UK totally slates it!

I know that I would not go see it but that’s because its an R rated movie. I did however have a look at the website and it looks like it has an interesting story. Kind of like “The last of the Mohicans” with a twist. The photos on the site show some of the more interesting costumes that I have seen in some time. That along with the fact that they are trying to make it feel like a graphic novel makes it look like it would be a good one to see.

The MPAA Film Rating System is a system used in the United States to rate a movie's suitability for certain audiences. It is one of various motion picture rating systems used to help patrons decide which movies may be appropriate for children and/or adolescents. In the United States, the MPAA rating system is the most recognized system for classifying potentially offensive content, but it is usually not used outside of the film industry because the MPAA has trademarks on each individual rating. The rating system has come under increasing criticism for the secrecy of its decision-making process, as well as a reportedly stricter emphasis on sex versus violence. G - General Audiences All ages admitted PG - Parental guidance suggested Some material may not be suitable for children PG-13 - Parents strongly cautioned Some material may be inappropriate for children under 13. R - Restricted Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian NC-17 No one 17 and under admitted. (Thanks to Wikipedia)

My friend went to see this movie and she said that it wasn't really that great. I thought it looked cool when I first saw a preview for it back in December but then it got pushed back to April. I think it was originally supposed to come out in Jan. or Feb. Usually when a movie gets pushed back it for some reason ends up being crappy. I'll probably wait for this one on DVD.

That’s to bad. It seems like delays have been happening way to much recently.
