Well, Marvel just solicited their February releases and there was no Ultimates 3 in sight. You would think that if it was going to be released, then it would be one of the first things they show, it being a launch of a highly anticipated book. So, nope, not in February by the looks of it. Personally, I really just want to know if it'll be a six issue arch or be a twelve issue arch like the other two volumes. With Ed McGuinness already working on Vol. 4, and Mad!'s known deadline problems (at least past deadline problems), it seems that these next two volumes could be shorter. I don't really care how long it takes, I'll take any art the man dishes out.

I've already mentioned that Jeph Loeb said in his fanboy radio interview that there would be a break of a few months between Ultimates 2&3, much like there was between Ultimates 1&2. It makes sense just in case Ultimates 2 #13 runs late, also it makes sense because storywise, Ultimates 3 takes place a year later.
I'm saying it should debut between March and June. Almost all the high profile books debut around then.

Looking at the shipping updates, it looks like Ultimates 2 #13 is pushed back to January 31st, which is a good reason why we didn't see Ultimates 3 solicited for Feb.

I knew that Ultimate 2 # 13 was going to be late, that book is never on time. Atleast we get a great read with kick ass art when it comes out.

Almost all the books I tremendously enjoy are also ones with questionable shipping. I mean, theres Ultimates 2, Astonishing X-Men, Doc Frankenstein, Shaolin Cowboy, and Planetary. But they are always more than worth the wait. Actually, I think the only book I am buying that is on time (for the most part) is Nextwave, which I beg of people, you need to check out the newest issue (10), the artist's change of styles for various sequences is just kickass. ~Dave

This book seems like it may never appear on comic store shelves. Like the unfinished Battlechasers #10, which I am sure many have been quite frustrated about. I like Joe Mad's artwork but I lost some respect for him as an artist for leaving his work incomplete.

You know, this is not the place to come if you want to talk bad about Mad!. If you want to rant about your lack of respect for Mad! The least you can do is post it in the Ranting section, which is what it is intended for. The rest of use (that is to say the majority of us here on this site) that still have all respect for Mad! don’t have to worry about running in to this time of Crap all over the forum.

Great idea by the way, using your first post on a forum that's dedicated to Mad!’s fans to talk bad about him. Nice move.
