Hi Joe, you're the reason I decided to be an artist and I've been drawing nonstop off for 4 years straight now. Your work always gives me a lot of inspiration and I am really happy to see the new Ultimates book turn out so great! You are the king of the wildstyle comic art!

You are the king of the wildstyle comic art! Never heard that before....is that like Wildstyle the movie? Or is it just your own description of Mad's work? Sounds about right though.  |

Haha, yes, it's my own description. I always use it to describe artists like Joe Mad, Chris Bachalo, Damion Scott, etc. Most of my favorite artists have it and there was never a word for it so I just named it after graffiti, and some friends of mine use it too.

anyway, love your new Ultimates work, sad to hear you're not gonna do anymore sequentials anytime soon after this.
