Love this cover. I think this image really shows Joe's artistic evolution. He has definitely toned down the distortion of his figures, tightened them up, and seems to be using more clearly defined shapes in his construction, more angular I feel. His stuff still has the great flow and power it always had. This cover kicks.
Anyway, I think Thor would win this one easy.

Wow! Joe's stuff has changed a lot in the last years, and this is a really good example! I totally agree with all your points on this one, Tom. Can't wait to see it on the stands!

All four of the covers thus far have been mind blowing, this one in particular is also another creme de la creme of Mad. So far its between issues 3 & 4 as the best looking ones in my eyes.
I am a betting man, im always betting on the fa premier league so my money would be on Thor! Smashing cover
