And issue 5 is delayed until August, according to the Diamond shipping update.

I have been told that all the issues are done, I don't think this delay had anything to do on Joe's part. I was told the issues were finished since last year so I really don't have a clue why this delay happened.

Yeah, I have heard the books were all done too. I didn't mean to imply that the delay is due to Joe, just thought he might be able to offer some insider info as to what is going on with the delay.
Anyway, though it's a bummer the book will ship so late, I know it will be worth the wait. Plenty of other great stuff to read between now and then!

I had the pencils to issue one like 6 months before marvel released it.
I think people think it only takes one month to make a comic, even ones that are released monthly..wrong! If it takes a penciler a day to draw a page that's almost a month on just pencils and then the same for the colorist, etc.
Also Mad! told me a couple weeks ago that he was going to see if he could give me preview pages for the next issue.

well, i've seen alot of negative feedback about the colors. maybe they're just touching up the artwork...........i dunno.

if this is another sick ploy for marvel to capitalize on getting more money from fans... i don't like it! the fans suffer here... if the fans get fed up it will be marvel's loss not ours...

delayed, shock horror!!!! who cares we'll get it evenually, gotta say iv read the other 3 issues three times already. heres a cliche - quality takes time....alls good comes to those who wait n so on....
