We've all seen the sketches by Joe so, is there anyone, like me, hoping that the Grey Giant makes an appearance in #4 or #5? Also, what are your thoughts on the TPB? What would you like to see in the sketchbook section? I personally would like to see more of Black Widow (yeah, she's dead but she just looked so good in #2), Sabretooth, Mystique and our friends of the Savage Land. Kindly share any thoughts at all.

I think he will  In an interview, Joe said the last issue is going to have so many appearances, so I bet that's when it will be. I remember seeing sketches of others yet to be seen, so maybe them too! They are making a TPB? When? Well if there's a sketchbook section, I'd want to see sketches (other than the ones already seen) of people like Iron Man and Scarlet Witch and Valkyrie! His Iron Man and Valkyrie really are designed beautifully. |

Yeah, I think the Hulk will certainly be showing up soon. I could see him being the final splash page in issue #4 or something. I am pumped to see Joe's version alive on the page! The guest appearances Joe mentioned are also excited, can't wait to see who turns up.
As for the TPB bonus features, I would love to see more Hulk sketches and some of the design sketches behind Joe's Venom. I have not purchased any of the other Ultimates hardcovers or TPB's, anyone know if they actually include bonus material? I've purchased a few Marvel hardcovers and they don't usually feature any substantial bonus material.

I love the way he draws Hulk from the pictures I have seen. Just a huge lump of pure fury! His take on Venom was pretty sweet too, the strange upper body proportions and the face was brilliant.
