Hi all,
Just wanted to see if anyone has any information beyond what Marvel.com lists as Ultimates 3 #5's release date?
They have it as August 6. Anyone seen reports to the contrary?
I guess based on the price it is just a standard sized issue, would have been great to go out with a few extra pages though!

We know for sure it's August, August 6 could be right (hopefully)! I think I saw it as late August on another site though.

Yeah, saw that yesterday. It is bitter sweet to have the final issue shipping, but I see it as more sweet than anything else! Can't wait to read the conclusion and oggle the artwork.

Well, it obviously isn't today (sept. 17th) although Marvel's website says so and I made a special trip out to get it. Getting really tired of this. If a company solicits something it should be finished and ready to come out on that day, otherwise, the company should not solicit it at all. Don't get people's hopes up. I was really excited today to see some new artwork and, well, got let down again by a company not keeping its word. Mad! or anybody for that matter could come out with something once every year and I wouldn't get mad (no pun intended) about it as long as it came out when it was solicited. But, companies tend to get excited and blow their load before they have the finished product. This is one reason I don't buy comics anymore. Sigh.

It is pretty much confirmed for the 24th. It's on the tentative release list from Diamond. It can be off sometimes, but for Marvel books, it's fairly spot on. So, expect it on the 24th.
