I never thought of it before, but I typed in joemadureira.com in archive.org and it worked!

Only the ones before May 24, 2002 are working, and most of the links on the pages are working. It's my first time seeing the site, the site was so awesome!! The art polls (Optimus Prime won, but it would've been cool to have seen Trigun or Spawn!), the interview section, the exclusive art, the great format...I really wish I knew about it back then, it definitely would've been alot more cooler/inspirational than the art sites I was visiting around those years. How many of you used to go to the site back then? I'm really glad that Nathen made this website though as it's excellent too, without it I might not have had a gateway to knowing about Mad and his great art!

Fun fact about the Madureira site. To make that logo I scanned in one of Mad's sig from a comic cover, enlarged and printed it out and traced over it in pen before re-scanning it. This was before I had Illustrator which I could've just used to vector trace.
