Ultimates 3 #5, d**n that's a good book

I've always dug the art in Ultimates, despite some reservations I had with the story. But d**n, that newest issue is really good. You find out who is behind all the stuff that happened to them, the identity of Black Panther, and a last page revelation of the true mastermind of the whole thing. This issue really pulls everything together and makes the issues I had problems with alot better.

My copy is waiting for me at home, can't wait to sit back and read it. I flipped through it earlier today, the art looked awesome! I am looking forward to seeing how Loeb wrapped it all up.

It is unbelievable.........Great run Joe and Jeph. I honestly cannot find the words to describe how great the book really was and all 5 as a whole story arc. Joe's art is simply incredible, I cannot say how many times I've had to FORCE myself to actually read the blasted books that Joe has pencilled because of my eye constantly analyzing his work, details, layouts, etc. It is so funny, Joe has said that he hates drawing inanimate objects, etc lol, but those are some of the things he does so d**ned well that its PAINFUL. Joe Madureira, great great job on this book, and though the pencilled TPB comes out later this year (which.....I honestly don't know what to say...I'm honestly going to die and be on an art high for years after that comes out) You've honestly come out not only for yourself but for your fans on this Ultimates 3 run, and as one of your many many no.1 fans lol, I personally thank you for that. I'm thankful that you and your family are well and that you enjoyed your run on Ult. 3, because when you're happy, trust me, your true fans are happy. You do whatever you do and I'm humbled for your deciding to share with us the things you have shared. Thanks again and we all here at Nathen's site look forward to every artistic idea you bring forth to us.

Finally got to read it last night. I really enjoyed this conclusion. There was a ton of action and some nice resolutions to issues that had been hinted at throughout the run. The artwork was over the top, Joe, your Hulk alone was well worth the price of admission!

Congrats on finishing up this run, Joe. I can't say I don't wish you were doing more comics, but I am really thankful for these few issues and the forthcoming hardcovers/tpb's, especially the pencil edition! Now it's time to really start getting pumped for Darksiders!

Yeah he definitely pulled out the stops on this one. You know and for me, i saw some shots in this one that he doesn't usually pull off. I know as an artist, you generally have the shots that you have in storage in case you ABSOLUTELY need to pull out, and it seems to me that he bought some new-ness to the table. AMAZING work as always Joe, and heres to seeing more of your stuff, PEACE!

Yeah sad to see the book end, but really looking forward to the pencil hardcover edition.

The book art wise was flawless, it was 100% better than i imagined. I can't wait to get my Pencil edition of the books.

I am not a marvel fan I like indie books as for reads so I don't to buy do may title. I buy Ultimats 3 cause the art in ULT3 #5 blows me away will the pages be for sale soon?

To answer Mike's question about why Captain America was dressed as Black Panther, if you read Ultimate Captain America Annual #1, you'll understand.
