Thanks for sending it to me it's a powerful piece.
Here's my plan for the picture. I wrote Mad! and asked him to send me the pencils. If he does then I would be guessing he wouldn't mind having the picture posted and I will post both, if he doesn't then I probably won't post it.

Thank you, Madman!, you described it perfectly: "...it's a powerful piece." The colouring chosen for the piece adds to the sadness. It is a heart moving piece that all Mad! fans will enjoy, but ultimately it is up to Madman! and especially Mad! to decide whether to put it up. Personally, I think it would be awesome to see both the pencils and the finished art on this site, especially for those who cannot get the book. That is a good plan, Madman!

Thank you keitaro021781, That is awesome of you to put up the peice for us, I moved so many times and my comic collection ended up dissapearing. But I'm still intending to start collecting again, there's a store nearby that sells comics of the past so I'm gonna hunt for all of Mad!'s work all over again. Should be a real adventure! Looking at the piece again reminds me of just how awesome Mad!'s work is. And it reminds me that our time on earth is short, since people die everyday. I've started doing some sketches of Garrison, I'm pretty happy with them. I have a few ideas of the story that I want to draw. Basically, it begins with Garrison saving a leader of a tribe. She got chained down and is about to get eaten by a Tyranosaurus Rex when Garrison saves her. This is gonna be so cool. You can see Joe's influence in my artwork and it's something I enjoy doing. I've pretty much learnt heaps from looking at Mad's work all day long for ages. He has superior picture structure and overlapping. He also makes very good use of foreground and background parts of the picture. I'm not very good at drawing faces and hands (the two areas that Mad said are the hardest to draw!) but I try anyways. I'm hoping my little sister can scan my pics and put them on my website. Stay tuned!
