With all due respect to Joe, I was very critical of "Ultimates 3" because of the lack of attention to the deadline. Based on what I have seen of "Darksiders" on gametrailers.com, I owe Joe a serious apology. The man's heart was definitely in the production of the game which I say, is definitely looking great. If it does not beat the God of War 3 installment, it will definitely give it a run for the money. The folks who created the "Dante's Inferno" game might as well pack-it-up. It will not compete with "Darksiders" and it is definitely a "God of War" knock-off. Many compliments to Joe and the staff at Vigil games. I look forward to purchasing and playing this game. If game companies want to study how to take properties and make them into entertaining games (especially the comic book industry) they need to take a close hard look at "Darksiders".
Is is my sincere hope that a "Making of Darksiders" art book is produced because we will definitely see the next level of "quality" produced by Joe.
Once again Joe, my sincerest apologies for my "over-the-top" and abusive critique of your work on "Ultimates 3". I take it all back.

gugesbri - yeah i agree with your deadline point, im sure joe would agree that it is due to his other obvious work commitments however im inclined to believe its due to the imense detail he puts into his pages.
the idea of a concept art book would be awesome - i got the enhanced version of fallout 3 with the lunch box and mini hardback book and it looked great full of concept sketches. A well preneted hardback book on Darksiders would no doubt look awesome.
Joe Mad - if you read this, what the likelyhood be of the above ?

I hope if there is an art book it's more the size of the Assassins Creed art book or the World of Warcraft books. I don't like the Call of Duty and Gears books I know they're bonus for buying the game but I want something bigger, lots of pages. The game companies produce tons of art for a game it's sad when you never get to see it.

Also, I hope that the game comes to the PC. I would love to see a level editor with the game. Creating game content is something I'm trying to learn. Gustavo Pabon

Darksiders looks incredible. I am glad to see Joe working on something that he is so inspired to be a part of. It's much cooler to see him doing this kind of work than just pencil for hire type jobs in comics. I think this will be the coolest Joe Mad project since Battle Chasers.
An art of book is a must. I really hope they put something together or at least load the game with concept art as unlockable material. It would be a shame to keep all that art from public view.

An "artbook" is definitely a must. A few years back I played a ps2 game called "The Mark of Kri" and I fell in love with the artwork cut scenes. It is so frustrating that there was never an artbook released, but, I did find a way to retrieve the artwork off of the game DVD.
