I was looking at the DC solicitations that just came up at newsarama and other sites and here is the solicitation for Superman/Batman #26, on sale in April of '06

Written by Sam Loeb and some of the best writers in comics today, this issue was completed by Sam's artist and writer friends - a veritable Who's Who of modern comics, including Jim Lee, Mike Turner, Geoff Johns, Joss Whedon, Brad Meltzer, Ed McGuinness and many more! This issue also features a bonus SUPERMAN FOR ALL SEASONS short story by Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale! Don't miss it! On sale April 19 • 40 pg, FC, $3.99 US
I can't wait. I just hope it doesn't see any delays, like the last few issues of Superman/Batman.

I'm still a little iffy if this is 100% cause they could be going off an old list that had him on there, but I added it to the news anyway.

Yeah, but this is from DC comics directly. It's the solicitation information, which means that he'll be in there because DC wouldn't want to risk having almost 100,000 copies of a book becoming returnable because an error in their solicitations.
Well, that and I got the confirmation from other creators working on the issue as well.

I know I wasn't doubting it..it's just I try to avoid using the word confirmed around here or on the front site. I can already see the comments now.. there's nothing like turning the computer on and reading whining b*itchy comments about stuff that's 5 years old...I try to cut back as much as I can and aprils a long time to go..that would be lot of comments.
