I would like to know as well. Joe had alot of cool projects that didn't seem to materialize. I also liked his game idea DragonKind, I hope he returns to that concept!

I actually was at the Chicago Con last month and asked him about it. I figured he gets tired of all the "When is Battle Chasers coming back?" questions. Ha. So anyway, I asked him about what happened to the project because Nickelodeon bought the rights to it and planned on making an animated movie or something. Well, he at first was like, "Wow. I haven't thought about that in a long time." and then went on to say that they still have the property and may want to do something with it someday. Y'know, dust it off and stuff. But as for why it never really took off, he guesses that it was that Nickelodeon felt it was too similar to Astro Boy (which was in development aparently). Don't know, but it would be really cool to see an animated movie based on Joe's art. Maybe one day....
