it is the cd cover from Korn, follow the leader and the art is realy nice imho.

Its Greg Capullo. He's famous for his Spawn run...
Great artist. Silk lines and loads of details.

The inker is Todd Mcfarlane.

Oh. In december there's gonna be a new Spawn/Batman crossover from Capullo/Mcfarlane.

They also did the album art for Disturbed's last cd, 10,000 fists. I think that's what its called.

If you're looking for more Capullo art, he did a mini-series called Creech. I believe it was through Image Comics.
