This sketch rocks. Wolvie looks particularly awesome here. The Batman is a bit more subdued than what I would regularly expect from Joe but still looks very cool. Truly killer convention sketch.

More evidence that there need to be many many volumes of comprehensive Joe Madureira sketchbooks published on a regular basis.

im gutted to see this! needless to say its dam fine!

i went to wizard world on the sat and asked for a sketch having flew over the atlantic to the show esp to see my fave childhood artist and unfortunately got nothing as a memento!

all was not lost however as joe was kind enough to give me a red mon print for nothing and i bought the vamperella one also.

I thought his table would be crowded but when I went no one was there. He was quite awesome, took a picture with me! I asked for a sketch but he said he had to catch his plane. Maybe next time!

Its funny because I remember one year, we thought he'd be crowded over and nope, he wasn't but we decided not to really go fanboy on him, though its hard lol....I mean its Joe, seriously.
