Ok so im gonna ask for a couple things here. Before I got to art school I wanna try and get some knowledge on photoshop. I went to my school for a weakend to go and meet some of my future peers and met some guy who had alot fo know how on photoshop and we talked about stuff for a wile. But I forgot most the tips he said on the drive home First thing I guess I wanna know is any good photoshop tutorials anyone mite know. ranging from pretty much everything. From scanning and adjusting levels to actualy coloring and added effects. I used to have a page FULL of photoshop tutorials posted by artist themselves. But lost the site in the transfer to my new computer. second is a little more specific. Im starting to be able to work with scanning and levels to get my lines looking somewhat decent. atleast better than i used to like them. and What I found some artist do (that I adpated to myself) is that they will draw in blue pencil and then ink the final lines. then when they scan it they remove the blue in in hue/saturation. its weird. Sometimes it works and sometimes the blue stays. I can never get it to work perfectly. and when I do its always a hassle to copy and paste the black lines onto a new layer (cause if you dont. The hue and saturation settings will mess you up later on) So if anyone would happen to know a better way of going about this then plz let me know ;D Thansk for any help you may be able to provide.

Ok Xherox, For the Photoshop tutorials try checking out www.good-tutorials.com they have every thing you are looking for and that includes a tutorial called Scanning and Preparing Lineart and Drawings. I think that’s what you are looking for. Let me know if this helps you out.

Awsome Byrne. Im seeing alot of familiar tutorials here. This will be a good place for me to go when I try to learn. Thanks!. Although I couldnt find one that helped me with getting rid of the blue rough sketches, I did find an answer to another Big question I forgot to ask. so its all good.
I did find a tutorial that mite help get rid of the blue lines. The principle is sorta the same but not sure it will work. Ill give it a try tomorow.
