hey...
yo guys! anybody idea or technique on how to digitally color a hand drawn effect like water,fire,lightning e.t.c without the black outlines still black? love to know though cus otherwise it looks unfinished. check out MAD!S effects by LIQUID colors as reference
love to know how!

Try searching through the tutorials on Deviant Art, because although it may not give you exactly what you want, you will definitely probably find something that you could either adapt or take experience from. If you have trouble searching, try looks specifically for digital painting or whatever type of digital painting program you are using, such as Painter, Photoshop, Illustrator, and etc. as opposed to specific searches for coloring water or fire and etc. Read a few also before you decide to follow one too, to get a good feel for when you have a good tutorial on your hands being that there is no rating system on deviant art or most batch digital art tutorials.
