I deleted your other post because it was double post.
The art looks nice, though if you want a critique you should show some of your newer work. It's hard to crit something if it's old, people can't tell where you at now if it's old work. But yeah the image looks good.

I would love to give you my opinion on your work. First of all remember that when someone plays the role of critic it is there responsibility to tell you what they like and what they feel could be improved upon. So keep that in mind if you would.
First of all let me complement you in your work. It is obvious that you have been practicing art and character design for more then just a few weeks. It looks as if you are mostly self taught. Is this True? If so, again I applaud your effort and encourage you to keep up the good work. I have seen people work for years and never get to your level of capability. I like the level of detail you put into this image. Not so much that you confuse the viewer but enough that you keep the viewer interested for a few moments. You have given us something to look at with out going over the top and making the image cluttered. You did a good job keeping the characters weight balanced properly over his feet and a far job of picking an interesting pose for your character to stand in. What I see in your work that needs improvement most of all is your knowledge of human anatomy. If I may offer an explanation to clarify my statement. In your drawing the characters torso and legs are two short in relationship to the size of his head. His torso should be the length of three of his heads from his chin to his crotch. In your image it is only two. The legs should be the length of four of his heads starting from his crotch down to the ball of his feet. In the case of your drawing they are only about three head lengths. I think if you where to spend some time working with the details of proportion and the human body it would vastly increase your ability and improve your over all work. Make sure that you have the fundamentals down first then you will begin to develop your own stile. The human eye is very good at picking out imperfections in the human body. Even the slightest misshape can be detected. That is why it is so important to understand the human anatomy when working in character design.
Again, your work is very good and will only improve over time. Please post some of your more recent work. I would love to see how you have improved your skills since you completed this character.

Don’t mind CK he’s a man of very few words. A great guy however and I think we need more like him around here.
