I like the one without all the lights. I think it looks a little more sinister. Love the comic book stuff too. I think if you put a little more work into your panel layout it would look 10x's better. When all you have to look at are really great drawings inside of square boxes lined up one after another then, things can get a little boring. you should try a few alternative layouts.
