Joe Mad will be drawing 6 issues of Batman/Superman right after Michael Turner run. I'm going to post the cover for his first issue soon. The article I read also said that Battle Chasers will be coming back right after his run on Batman/Superman  . |

The next two artists on Superman/Batman are Ed McGuiness and Carlos Pacheco... So I guess none of what LabSOUND said was true. Thanks for hinting at it not being BattleChasers.  I probably would have lost sleep due to anticipation and wondering if it was really true. -Peter |

yeah, that was a april fools joke, i tried to get a mob of people in here ;D. At least i got some of the people at my comic shop.
Madman is Joe Mad!'s next project involving video games or something diffrent?
Also you said Exarch got canceled, but it's still listed for a feburary 2005 release at my job. I have it reserved, I also bought a sign poster of the game on ebay, that's messed up if it got canceled cause i was so wanting that game.

well he said to keep it quiet. You kinda quess though either comics or video games are a good choice.
I saw somebody on conceptart.org say that Exarch was canceled. I was like yeah right, but they could've been telling the truth a bunch of people that work on the game posted there. So I wrote Mad! and asked, he said yeah it's true Exarch is canceled. You got a sign poster or you mean the signed poster. Is it the picture that's in the Exarch section? I just want to make sure there isn't another one I don't have. Also Dragonkind is like still said to be coming out on a lot of sites, so I wouldn't trust those. Mad! told me this himself that it was canceled other than that I don't know.

Do you know why exarch was canceled?? That sucks, 2 games in a row canceled.
Also, I was thinking of starting a battlechasers mod for UT2004. Would Joe be the right person to ask if it would be alright? I've heard many stories about comic related mods getting canceled, like x-men mods.
I wanted to start an x-men mod but I never got a reply from Marvel so I don't think it'll be happening. I'm sure Marvel would step in and make us to quit.
BTW, I've only been thinking about it, I don't have any team members yet. I just want to know if it's ok if I do end up going through with it.

I don't know why probably something to do with money like most games I would guess. Bu not cause of his artwork like the guy said in the other thread. Had nothing to do with his artwork him on the project was the whole selling point of both games.
A BC mod would be cool I don't really know anything about UT2004 do you sell the mods? I would figure if you're just doing it for your own enjoyment then nothing could happen as long as you not selling it I would think. Should be just like artwork you can draw any character from any comic long as you don't sell it. I would still contact Mad! just in case though.
and yes the site is down again cause of bandwith should be back in a couple(like 3-4) days.

no, you don't sell mods. They're free to download. That's why Marvel keeps shutting them down I think. If people make stuff based on their characters and give it away for free, then their properties are being "used" and they're not getting any money for it.
Anyways, I think it would be really cool, but I can't get started on it soon, I've been a little busier than usual lately. Plus, I still need to find people to help out. Programmers, skinner, modelers, etc.

Aawww, that's to bad that Exarch as cancelled but hey what can you do. Also Madman! you think you can get more of the exarch drawings that mad did? If not that's o.k.
Also when I saw that new Sub-Zero pic that Joe did was awsome. Thank god, for the pencil drawing.
Also, April 1 was my birthday and that is no d**n april fools joke. Turned 19 this year.
